Noble opens up on the manager

|

slaven-bilic-and-mark-nobleMark Noble has given Slaven Bilic a massive vote of confidence declaring him to be “the right person to lead this football club.”

Noble described the boss as ” passionate” and ” who really wants to do well for this club and the fans” adding: “He played here and wants to do so well for the club and the fans.

He takes things very personally as I do. I go home and worry because I care so much about this football club and he is the same.

“I wholly believe he is the right person to lead this football club. I am 100 per cent behind him and I believe the boys are too.”

Noble added: “I’ve had managers in the past who the players are hammering but that doesn’t happen with Slav because he’s such a great character.”

Noble added that it was up to every single one of the players to dig the club out of it present position and he said: “We are not a club where we buy £30 million players to sit on the bench.

“So if we have injuries some have to play who may not be ready or are struggling a bit.. That has happened this season.

“I have been in this position before and we are struggling because we have caused our own mistakes this season.”

And on the stadium issue the captain said: “It is what it is and what a great place to play football. I won’t be around when we see the full benefits of it but we must get on with it and dig ourselves out of trouble.

We remember him in that interview after we got beat by West Brom I think and he said things couldn’t get worse. They did at Arsenal etc. All Noble is trying to do is be a Nolan, but at least Nolan scored goals when Carroll was around.

“It is what it is and what a great place to play football.” I wonder if these guys really think that or they are just being company men, spinning the company line. “It is what it is” rings of indifference to me.

So another pep talk from our illustrious captain slow? Fact is Mark you’ve been a bag of ****e, offered next to nothing on the pitch and offered next to nothing as a captain!
