Noble reminds us of his Irons loyalty

Mark Noble has reminded Hammers fans of his astonishing loyalty to the club.

The captain may be sitting on the bench more often than not these days but he remains the longest-serving player at the football club.

In fact, he posted a tweet showcasing just how long he has been with the Irons.

He made his debut for the club back in 2004, meaning he has spent over 16 years plying his trade first at Upton Park and now at the London Stadium.

Noble did go to Hull City on loan in 2006, before another spell with Ipswich Town, but has spent the vast majority of his career in east London.

Only Lionel Messi, the Barcelona phenomenon, and Celta Vigo goalkeeper Sergio Alvarez, have spent 16 years at the same club.

In total, Noble has made 506 appearances for the Hammers, even playing in the Championship, and remains an integral member of David Moyes’ squad.
