Noble’s favourite Hammers memory

West Ham’s Premier League record holder Mark Noble has selected his favourite club memory!

He reckons the side’s dramatic win over Manchester United, at the end of the 2006/07 season, to keep us in the division is his favourite of all the games he’s played.

He told the London Evening Standard: “That match at Old Trafford where Carlos Tevez scored the winner and we stayed up is really memorable. My first Premier League goal at Upton Park against Spurs was also special. We lost 4-3 but it was a very important match for me.”

Noble believes that the side have the most strength in depth as they have in any point in his time there.

He said: “In terms of depth of the squad, it is the strongest since I’ve been at the club.Hopefully, we can keep most of the squad fit now and stay near the top of the league.
