Obiang and Payet set for appearances

ObiangWest Ham fans are set to get their first look at new boys Pedro Obiang and Dimitri Payet at Peterborough tomorrow.

Slaven Bilic is taken a full strength squad to London Road for the pre-season match and even though the new boys may make just fleeting appearances both are scheduled for a run out.

Revealing the news to CaretandHugh David Gold said: “This is a traditional fixture for us and as I understand it the plan is to give all the top players a run out.

“It may only be for ten minutes apiece maybe but I believe that is the plan.”

We like to fulfil this match every season because Barry Fry – their director of football – is a really good friend. He’s one of the nicest men in football and it’s good to be able to help them get some much needed cash through the turnstiles.”

    Be good to see what we have brought,
    Let’s hope we don’t get any silly injuries,
    Would still like to see Lee,Cullen,Burke and Oxford get a long run out,
    We also need to see Hendrie and Henry,

    We need the first team players to play,this is their pre season.The kids are having their pre-season in the europa league 😉

    Yep,now is the time for Slav to see the first team in action.Cant see the kids playing much part.Blimey they only played in Andorra last night.We need them again for thursday.

    Interesting to see the first team boys get a run out tomorrow.Be good to take a look at the new guys.No need for the youth players tomorrow.This is about getting the first team up to speed now.

    Now the pre-season starts for the first team.Should be good to see Slavs plans for them.He will get enough time to watch the youngsters in the europe league matches.Now he needs to get the first team up & running.Exciting times ahead i think 😉

    Funny but the people I named I see as part of the first team,
    Sakho won’t play Zarate played last week,Valencia has been playing with Poyet for there countries,we don’t need Nolan or Magia anywhere near the first team,
    Carroll not fit,JOBmJarvis Alfitano, Tomkins already playing,
    Not many left boys,
    Can we make 11 without Song and Jenkinson ?
    Adrien, ? Collins,Reid Cresswell,Payet Noble,Obieng, ? .? .?
    Any clues
    Might make the team up with a few non first teamers

    Poyet,Cullen,Oxford,Burke all p!ayed thursday night,really cant see them getting too much of a game tomorrow after only playing a day & a half before in europe 😉

    Nolan,Downing,Kouyate,Sakho will probably play.He only played 13mins thursday,why shouldnt he play.Whether you like it or not Nolan & Maiga will still probably be around the team tomorrow.

    Any good links would be helpful people, I’m sick that I have other commitments today or me and the boys would have gone as its only up the road from us
