West Ham received bad news this morning when Argentina released their squad for the summer Olympics naming Manu Lanzinia in the 18 strong squad.
It will rule the influential playmaker out of the start of the Premier League season on 13th August . They run from the 5th August until the 21st August.
It’s a huge miss for the Irons who will have to cope with games against Chelsea and Bournemouth without The Jewel.
Apologies for the earlier Obiang story – we must have been hacked. LOL
.
Heavy night Sean?
But…isn’t obiang Spanish?…
Dont blame Sean, with Obiangs very south american tricky playing style it would be very easy to be a bit confused .Also he and Lanzini are almost like identical twins 😉
Sean’s on the bench 🙂 lads. All corrected #brainstorm
…Obiang is Spanish… he doesn’t even appear on the photos at the top here… some things just aren’t meant to be, his future is all mapped out: away from West Ham… lol 😉
As long as Dimitri is back fit for those 2 games we should be fine with all our new signings we are covered,
Obiang wants to stay and push for a starting place and last year we looked better when he played in a defensive midfield role, but with Noveld looking a great capture Kouyate and Noble pushing for 2 places it should be worth watching plus Poyet will be trying to get his head in the frame.
Would still like a right sided CH maybe Burke can make that spot his own or Oxford
I’ve just read this news posted by Daily Mail “Inter Milan weighing up a £38 mil offer for West Ham playmaker Dimitri Payet”…
Step one: I think that’s just a big bu//#it
Step two: £38 mil?? Maybe Inter want to buy just Dimi’s shoes…
Step three: if Dimi goes to Inter, I’m going to drop everything and go live in a monastery… lol
You mean nunnery matte , full of pure lovely figas ???? If it does happen matte , I’ll be joining you with three hail Marys and a plastic Mac ???? Haha.
Manu Lanzinia ?….get a grip
Ferghouli and/or Tore to get a chance to see what they can do then.
On the Obiang front if Lanzini isn’t available it might give Obiang more of a chance to stake a claim in the first team.
