Odds of these players becoming Hammers

Bookmakers run odds of players joining a new club by the end of the summer transfer window deadline.

Aston Villa are the favourites to land Brentford’s Said Benrahma at 11/8 with West Ham with odds of 6/1

Bournemouth’s David Brooks is rated as a 5/1 chance for West Ham with Leciester City favourites at 3/2

West Ham are favourites to land John Stones at 3/1 despite a denial of interest by a Hammers insider. Everton are second-favourites ar 4/1.

Aston Villa are favourites to land Michy Batshuayi at odds of 4/1  Leeds are second-favourites at 5/1 while West Ham and Newcastle are joint third favourites at 6/1.

Free Agent Ryan Fraser is favourite to Crystal Palace at 2/1 with Everton second-favourites at 9/4 and West Ham in third place at 5/2

Brentford striker Ollie Watkins is favourite to join Aston Villa at 3/1 with Leeds at 4/1 and West Ham in third place at 5/1

Crystal Palace are favourites to land Eberechi Eze from QPR at 4/5 with West Ham second-favourites at 7/4.

    So we’re not favourites to buy anyone. Rumour has it we are prioritising defensive signings though so no surprise. We have some great youngsters, Diangana, Holland etc. Not sure we need to buy any midfielders.

    Bookies on football are not a good guide to where players go, the reason Brentford players are linked to Villa is because Dean Smith was head coach at Brentford and knows the players, do they want to fight off relegation or are they ambitious, hard to see Villa being much better than last season and if Grealish goes…

    🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣so we are not favourites to land any of our targets…could understand if big clubs were there but we are behind teams like Aston villa and palace …they sure don’t see to be having problems trying to buy the odd player ..and there are transfers happening with other teams …not really sure what to make of it …seems to be the same things happening here again…yes we know it wont be like normal but just hearing all negative things is a bit strange imo
