Offers in for Lewis-Potter

|

There are three Premier League clubs who have made a bid for Keane Lewis-Potter, according to Hull City’s vice-chairman Tan Kesler.

The Irons have been linked with another raid on the lower-league side after previously signing Jarrod Bowen from the Tigers.

Kesler has confirmed that Hull want to keep the winger, who scored 12 goals in 45 games and also laid on four assists.

He has a contract until 2023 and this may be the final chance Hull have to cash in on the winger, or he could potentially leave for nothing at the end of the season.

Kesler has not named the clubs who are interested in the England U21 international but Hull Live reports that the Hammers have made an informal enquiry, while there is also interest from Brentford and Southampton.

He said: “When we bought a risky team, we believed that we could turn it into an opportunity. We are slowly starting to reap the fruits. For example, Lewis-Potter has three offers from the Premier League.”

It remains to be seen if the Irons make an attempt to bring Lewis-Potter to the club but one has to think that he would not be a hugely expensive addition given his contract situation.
