Simone Zaza has officially signed for Valencia on loan. Speaking to Valencia’s official website Zaza said: “I am very happy and I’m here because I love the fans, I went to the stadium today and saw the game, the fans were incredible. I saw a good team. It’s not an easy time for the side, but I saw great players with character and I hope to be ready.”
“I went through a very difficult period, but I want to prove to the world and to myself what I can do, that I am a player who knows how to play and score goals.
“I am not interested in how well I do personally, as what counts is doing well with the team.”
Valencia have a €18m option will become obligatory once he either plays 10 games or Valencia avoid relegation from La Liga. They will also pay a €2.5m loan fee.
