Out of favour |Hammer drops to under 21s
It has been known for sometime the club are reluctant to offer the defender a new deal and he is now way down the pecking order with Vladimir Coufal, Aaron Creswell, Emerson and Thilo Kehrer available on either side of defence. He has made just one first team appearance this season in the third round of the Carabao Cup at Lincoln City which suggests there is absolutely no future for him at the London Stadium.
He is out of contract at the end of the season so to get any sort of fee, the club will need to sell him this January with Everton reportedly showing an interest. Here’s the line up for tonight’s match at Cheltenham which sees Ollie Scarles, Divin Mubama, and George Earthy having given the under 21s a three nil half time lead.
