Palace join the Michu chase as Irons ponder

MichuSwansea striker Michu looks headed for London but not necessarily for West Ham.

Morning reports suggest the front man is fancied by Tony Pulis at Selhurst Park despite talks having been held between David Sullivan and Swansea supremo Huw Jenkins.

As reported on ClaretandHugh, the Irons are concerned about player’s injury troubles of last year which saw him manage just two goals from 16 Premier League appearances.

But Pulis has been a long term admirer of the player who is surplus to requirements at City.

The Hammers appear unlikely to pursue the situation with a fee of around £6 million allegedly involved and given their immediate reservations anyway and look set to continue their striker search elsewhere..
