West Ham’s Dimi Payet is Europe’s most creative player beating a player – Mezut Ozil – who cost four times more than him into second place.
The 28-year-old may have struggled to receive recognition from France manager Didier Deschamps in recent years but he has already solidified his reputation among Premier League fans with several excellent displays.
The midfielder has made 35 key passes already this season; more than any other player in Europe’s top five leagues.
Payet has also found the net on five occasions but it is his vision that proven to be a cut above his competitors in the Premier League and beyond.
Arsenal’s Mesut Ozil has been forced to settle for second place behind the Hammers’ creative force as the German has managed to make just 31.
The German’s Gunners team mate Santi Cazorla has also claimed a place in the top 10 with a tally of 27 while Chelsea’s Eden Hazard is one adrift of the Spaniard with 26.
