Well that’s different!
Rather than trot out yet another player claiming “we must stick together” the official site has decided it’s the manager’s turn which is something of a surprise given he is recognised as not the most publicity conscious manager in the business.
However, in a bid to reduce the heat perhaps he has called for cool heads in the current adverse situation and paraphrasing Cresswell and Fredericks recently by claiming we must work together adding the three words” more than ever.”
Quite what the point of this is may be hard to fathom but as we head towards the third day in of the international break I guess it fills a void.

Maybe, when he made the saves, we were losing the game 3-0 already and Burnley had a lot of chances in the way they played on the counter attack as we were trying to get back into the game.

I doubt whether that will be the end of the chat and we will wait and see whether all of these words from players and manager add up to anything on November 23.
Complacent, deluded old fool. Bin him off before it’s too late. Seriously, comments like that show clearly that he’s part of the problem and most certainly not the solution.
Not enough time for that Hammer 64 is hard to teach “an old dog new tricks” ..yep he made good saves when we were 3 nill down and all the goals down to him imho..and he says the pressure is the same winning or losing..ha what sort of coment is that?? MP in 99.9%of cases you are not under threat of getting moved on if you are WINNING. more .more .more.bull sh.. pull us round Very Very sharp or ……f
Hope they spend ten days getting Roberto to defend crosses & corners.
Hopefully Roberto has seen his last corner and cross for this club.Like the old rabbit in front of the headlights.
There you go.He is the problem.The clubs problem is he will never resign,why should he when he is on a small fortune every week in wages.You have to remember that whatever happens to him he lives a very comfortable lifestyle and would stroll into another job somewhere.Its not like you or i losing our jobs and a weekly income.Maybe if he felt the pressure of your ordinary man in the street he might start trying to solve the mountain of problems in front of him.but to me he just comes across as very nonchalant and uncaring about what the fans think..The people who comment on here have followed this club for decades and will continue to do so long after he is a distant memory.
Just a thought but Pelle keeps quoting we need to think like a big team, in that case hasn’t he promoted his own dismissal? Couldn’t see any big team tolerating current situation.
