Pellegrini hard at work at Rush Green

Manuel Pellegrini quietly slipped back into the UK in the middle of last week taking charge of first team training again at Rush Green from last Thursday.

Pellegrini briefly returned to Chile to attend to personal business but returned once it was completed.  It had been thought he was due to fly back to UK from South American over the weekend but club insiders have confirmed he had already returned and was hard at work with first team players not on International duty preparing them for Saturday’s trip to Everton on Sunday.

Everton remain unbeaten in the Premier League this season with two wins and two draws while West Ham have suffered four straight losses in a row and remain pointless at the bottom of the Premier League table.

Bookies have made West Ham 3/1 for the away win while the draw is 5/2 and a Everton home win is odds-on at 5/6
