Pellegrini tipped for Irons job

Slaven Bilic’s odds against being the next Premier League manager to leave have lengthened over the past couple of weeks but remain too short for his own comfort.

At one stage after the appalling opening trio of games, he was close to or odds on to get the boot but four points since has obviously helped his cause.

However, he remains at 7/4 to leave some way in front of those behind him.

Ronald Koeman at Everton comes into the frame as the second favourite – despite a massive summer spend – at 3/1 with a manager often mentioned as a possible replacement for Bilic, Bournemouth’s Eddie Howe at  6/1.

Meanwhile SkyBet even have a book on who could replace Bilic with Manuel Pellegrini – currently managing in China – as the 7/4 favourite, followed by Rafa Benitez at 4/1, Slavisa Jokanovic at 7/1 and Roberto Mancini at 8/1.

Starting to feel like silly season again every name under the sun linked with us, of most of them linked Pellegrini would be good but expect he is on mega money in China and under contract so rumour rater = low for me 😜

We won’t buy anyone out of their contract, so it looks like Ancelotti is the favourite.

We can’t afford Ancellotti, and I just can’t see whats in it for him, considering the status of the clubs he is used to managing. At his age he doesn’t need our shyte!

Ancelotti for me is wouldn’t work well w club. However I do think Pellegrini would he has had success w clubs with less money Malaya & Villarreal. Mancini could do a job as well tho I think the probelms Ancelotti had at Bayern would be worse here he wants big money and not bog on youth.
Bilic is the 18th highest paid manager from what I read whether its true or not I dunno but think he makes just around £3m around £2.8m.
I would take Pellegrini. For me they I think Jokanovic might be one of best options not as big of name but is young and not afraid of boards good style multiple plans and he would love giving finally pick on players if they gave that to him.
He makes £300k at Fulham so wouldn’t be really expensive and he could really build something.

Was just looking at our fixtures for April and May next Season Chelsea, Arsenal, Man City, Leicester, Everton and Stoke, under Bilic that means we might get 3 points in the last two months if we beat Stoke, could be horrible if we still need points and if we don’t still horrible for us fans watching the way we play against those teams under Bilic
