PL striker target’s price named

Divock Origi will cost £25m in the January transfer window, according to a new report from The Times.

The Hammers have been linked with a potential move for the striker as the winter window looms and David Moyes looks to sign a new striker to provide support to Mikey Antonio.

The Sun reported recently that the Irons could potentially make a move for the Belgium international in the next window.

Still, The Times reports that the price tag stands at £25m if any club wants to secure his signature.

Origi is unlikely to be allowed to leave in January, however, with the club aware that both Mo Salah and Sadio Mane could leave the club to play at the African Cup of Nations.

Still, it remains to be seen if a bid is tabled by the Hammers to test Liverpool’s resolve.

Origi has scored five goals in 10 games this season but has made just four starts in all competitions.

  1. We can do a lot better than Origi for £25m.
