Poll: Fans despondent over points race

iRONS BADGEOver half the West Ham fans voting in a ClaretandHugh poll seem despondent about how many more points the club can gain this season.

The poll ran before today’s Sunderland game and has now closed.

A total of 51.86 per cent don’t believe the Irons will gain more than another six to 12 from the nine games remaining this term.

A total of 403 voted in the poll with 36.97 per cent believing they would manage between 13-19 points, 3.47 pc going for a total of 20-26, whilst 2.74 pc reckoned the team would gain a maximum 27 points.

But 4.96pc believed they would gain only from zero to five points.

    Great to see so many people have such great faith in the dinosaur.Really does prove why he is worthy of a new contract.So with the excellant summer recruitment & biggest budget in years we will probably end up improving on last seasons fiasco by a handful of points if we have a tail wind behind us.Now that is what i call the ultimte stability,or maybe we should call it no improvement.The board really got value for money from all their hard work in the summer.Ofc it has nothing to do with the manager.He is west hams answer to gandhi,mother theresa & the dalai lama all rolled into one.We are doomed without him.Yeah right!

    Probably whlist 2.74 smoke something strange and they forgot we have 10 games to play and not 30…

    So im sat here in the boozer pre match,look at team today & its a five man midfield with sakho on his own up top from what i can make of it ffs.Jarvis plays but no nene or amalifitano.Jarvis who we were looking to send on loan is preferred to Amalifitano.Is Sam just taking the p*ss out of us.I despair!

    No diamond formation AGAIN, Sams’ taking the ****, why is Jarvis playing when we have Amalfatino & Nene on the bench, god even a half fit Nene is better than a fully fit Jarvis, he’s the pants and shouldn’t even be there.
    Should be playing the diamond with Nene up front with Sakho and Poyet in Kouyates’ place as defensive midfield, no Jarvis or Nolan..
    I’d do Sams’ job for a fraction of his wages and get us into the top 6 or 7.

    This game is dire, thank god for collins asbig sam gone missing again because I dont think he is at this one goal yes big sam is there he will be claiming his plan has paid of all over big sam go or stay gogo gogòògoò
