Manuel Pellegrini has had a tough start to the tough start to the Premier League season in facing hid former team and holder of the Premier League title conceding five goals in the process. No-one really expected very much from that game but it is a disappointment never the less. Next up was West Ham’s bogey team Brighton on Saturday without club-record signings Felipe Anderson and Sebastien Haller. Some could argue an away point was a good result.
It might be early in the season after just two games but today we ask your rating of Pellegrini’s start to the season given the context and opposition so far.
Strange, people voting average. That would be 2 or 3 points and one good performance.
We have played two games and he has picked two terrible teams and formations. With the players we have it has to be a 3-5-2. He consistently picks players like Wilshere and Fredericks. He has had a terrible start to the season.
You have no idea what you are talking about mate….
I think you should have had the category
Disappointing in there
It’s an average start, we picked up 1 point from Man City and Brighton, had we beaten Brighton it would be a good start, had we beaten Brighton and not lost so heavily to Man City, it would be an excellent start. Matty is probably right, disappointing is a good way to describe it but we’re 1 point better off from the same fixtures last season so I don’t think that’s poor or terrible despite the performance not being great.
