The summer transfer window has just closed. How do you rate West Ham’s performance in the transfer window this summer?
West Ham made six signings over the summer with David Martin, Roberto, Sébastien Haller, Pablo Fornals, Gonçalo Cardoso and Albian Ajeti joining the Hammers.
The eleven Departures were: Adrian, Andy Carroll, Samir Nasri, Edmilson Fernandes, Lucas Perez, Marko Arnauotovic, Sam Byram, Marcus Brown, Reece Oxford, Pedro Obiang and Moses Makasi
Four sent out on loan: Jordan Hugill (QPR) Grady Diangana (West Brom) Josh Cullen (Charlton) & Sead Haksabanovic (IFK Norrkoping)
I voted “good” – it would have been “excellent” – but I don’t think either of the goalkeeper signings is up to much. Nevertheless, the other 4 are excellent. I am hopeful of an “excellent” season; but the defence is our “achilles’s heel”.
All good but very shaky in goalkeeper subs Fabianski already out for Man City match why oh why did we let Adrian go 😩
New signings seem good, time will tell ! Very worried about lack of decent back up goalie.
Expecting another season if great wins and miserable defeats to poor teams, will finish between 9th and12th. But hoping for so much more
