Poll: Should West Ham prioritise the cup or the league?

|

League. 5 points adrift of mid table at the moment. Our future standing relies on us becoming a regular top half team. Lose another match and we start slipping back again.

I also voted for the League. The Cup would be a nice achievement but the League has got to be the priority. If we were in better standing in the League table I might be swayed, but there is not a single team we can look past in the League this season.

Lose any match and you will probably slip back. Does that mean we should never take another cup game seriously? I cannot believe for one second that our players can’t cope with two games in a week.

I would say put the strongest possible B team out, Fredericks, Cresswell, Adrian, Ogbonna, Balbuena or Diop, Noble, Diangana, Rice, Snodgrass, Perez, Arnie.
