Poll: Which West Ham midfielders would you move on?

Following Hugh’s earlier article on the fifteen midfielders currently on West Ham books, we ask which midfielders you would let move on to fund more transfers in other positions this summer. In this Claret and Hugh poll, you can enter more than one entry.

  1. Really 1 vote Declan ….u a spud

  2. Obviously Obiang and Sanchez are two obvious ones. I’d also consider Snodgrass and Antonio is decent money came in for them. Wrong age and will play less and less so need to maximise the transfer fee, now might be the time if Palace put down 25m for Antonio.

Can’t really understand why Cullen has so many votes. The question is who would you let go to generate funds. He has no real value at the moment.

  3. Good point Dom about Josh Cullen not having much resale value – but I think that the same applies to Sanchez given his age and that he is coming off a pretty horrific injury

    • Perhaps Cullen will be included in the squad merely to bump up the numbers of ‘home-grown’ players. If he’s not a serious contender, surely it would be better for him to move to play regularly. Given our current number of midfielders, don’t we currently have the kind of unbalanced squad that MP spoke of when he arrived? I expect some departures across the squad in the next few weeks – and hopefully a new DM, CF and first-choice LB.
