Posh striker to sign in January window

JaanaiWest Ham will complete the signing of Peterborough United’s teenage striker Jaanai Gordon-Hutton.

As Claretandhugh reported last Thursday, the two clubs have arrived at a revised deal for the youngster after an original package of around £5 million was agreed.

Now the 18 year old will join the Irons as soon as the January transfer window opens.

The 18 year old enjoyed a brilliant trial spell for the Irons scoring at uner-18. Development Squad and first team level in a friendly fixture.

Claretandhugh became aware of the deal being resurrected when learning that the Hammers had asked for the player to be omitted from the Posh squad for a Youth Cup match last Wednesday!

Born in Northampton in 1995, Gordon-Hutton signed his first contract with Peterborough in 2009 at the age of just 14, before turning pro in 2012.
