Positive Sakho report

West Ham were remaining cautious over Diafra Sakho’s return to action but as reported yesterday by ClaretandHugh yesterday, his position is brighter than many media sources reported earlier today.

A top oleyn BsourceĀ told us today: “The news on Diafra is as good as it could be and we will no more as the week progressesĀ but there are definitely no breaks as you have reported.

“He is being closely examined and monitored by our medical staff and although injuries such as this can take between a week and a month, things don’t look at all bad at the moment.

“It’s very unlikely that he will make it for Stoke – although we rule nothing out – but it’s more likely we will see him back in action for the Villa game.

“He’s such an enthusiast for the action though who knows!”
