Pundit delivers his verdict on Irons v WBA

|

MarkLawrenson1Mark Lawrenson still finds himself unable to tip the Hammers to grab a much needed win.

Despite regularly explaining that we look to be turning the corner under David Moyes we are apparently unlikely to beat second off bottom West Brom in the BBC pundit’s world.

As was the case last week he claims we are improving under the manager but reckons Albion will soon be on their way under Alan Pardew.

In giving his match verdit at the London Stadium tomorrow (Tue) he says: “West Ham are improving under David Moyes but West Brom will pick up results soon as Alan Pardew changes the way they play.

“He is trying to make them more proactive, but it takes time and maybe some new personnel in the January transfer window.

Facing his old club, I fancy Pardew to find a way to take a point.”

He is predicting a 1-1 draw, which to be honest will be of little use to either side.

His comments , like LInekers and Shearers are completely irrelevant in todays football world, When I need to know how West Ham might do in a game, I go where knowledgeable West Ham fans give their opinions. Certainly not the biased BBC site.

I said some time back ( two weeks ago ) that West Ham will resurge at the start of 2018 .
I still hold that view . In two months time the bottom three will be a forgotten memory .
The transfer window won’t matter a jot … pointless actually .
Starting tomorrow against West Brom we shall reacert ourselves and climb out of the relegation battle .
    COYHAMMERS .

Smug with a pop belly and way past his sell buy date.
He normally gets it wrong up to Moyes to prove him wrong and play the right team. We should breeze past West Brom but if he plays Ayew anywhere and cresswell in the back 3 anything could happen.

One of the luckiest men in TV god knows why they still employ him, although you could say the same for Shearer and Lineker who are equally inane, personally would rather see Chappers as host and less boring footballers trotting out the same tired old lines each week. Give us more highlights and less chat imho.
