Randolph reveals dressing room celebrations

If we had believed the celebrations on the pitch at the final whistle were something to behold last night, imagine what it would have been like in the dressing room.

Well, Darren Randolph decided to give us all an insight but was – like us all – distressed that the fans hadn’t been able to join in.

It was the sort of night where the players were obviously overcome by the size of the achievement with our lads going wild after the third goal and the Spurs players trooping off in total misery.

Lovely!

Randolph, meanwhile, was on the inside and replying to a fan via Instagram who  was as fed up with the rest of us at missing out, made it clear the fans were too and he would loved them to be in the stadium

He revealed the celebrations carried on into the changing room; but was devastated we were not there to be a part of the emotional scenes at the full-time whistle.

Replying to a post on Instagram by @westhamlatest, the Republic of Ireland international wrote: “Don’t worry mate, we did talk about that.

“Imagine the scenes if the fans were there, wound [sic] have been unbelievable.

“Whistling, cheering, throwing water everywhere,” he added. “And just telling each other well done and let’s stick to these standards and keep showing that character!”

Things seem to be very much on the move at West Ham under David Moyes right now.
