Ratings 2 as Irons beat Spurs

Macca hands out his marks

Fabianski: Tipped over Kane’s best (only?) effort and otherwise a very comfortable afternoon 8
Johnson: Getting better with every game 8
Ogbonna: Masterful display against Kane 9
Zouma: No nonsense stuff at the back and another clean sheet 8
Cresswell: Sky’s man of the match. Another superb set piece delivery 8
Rice: Can’t think of a game this season when he hasn’t been the standout midfielder on the pitch 9
Soucek: I think part of the reason he’s looked less involved is Rice is doing so much more in all areas of the pitch; strong defensive midfield performance today 7
Fornals: Always playing with his head up, looking to move the ball on and start attacks 8
Benrahma: Possibly harsh, but I felt he looked below the level of the rest of the team today 6
Bowen: Like Fornals, plays an exceptionally important role in this side in attack and defence 8
Antonio: Brilliant instinctive finish and bullied Romero throughout 9

Subs
Lanzini: Made a difference, closing down late on 5
Dawson: Stoppage time appearance. No rating
