Hammer Reece Oxford has posted a photo of himself on social media in a PSG football shirt with the words ‘Ally Pally’.
The 19-year-old has just returned from a holiday in Marbella, Spain after a season-long loan with Borussia Mönchengladbach in Germany. He is due to join the first team squad on the aeroplane on Monday afternoon as they fly to Switzerland on an 11-day summer training camp to kick off the West Ham pre-season.
On his 18th birthday in 2016 Oxford has signed a new four-and-a-half year contract at West Ham worth £20,000 per week. Pellegrini will start with a clean slate with Oxford and he will be given a chance to impress along with five other Academy players in pre-season training.
The photo of himself in another team football shirt on Instagram caused someWest Ham supporters to make a comparison with Paul Ince who posed in a Manchester United shirt before a move. While there is no suggestion there is any interest from PSG the social post could be described as ill-judged at best.
Sell him his attitude stinks. Chuck a sell on clause in, and we are covered
If PSG want him perhaps we can part exchange for Veratti haha
