Former West Ham defender Tomas Repka has been handed a new nine-month jail sentence for drink driving. The latest sentence comes just two weeks after Repka was convicted of fraud and sentenced to 15 months in prison.
On Tuesday, the Prague court turned two previous suspended sentences for drink driving into jail terms because of his convictions for other crimes since receiving the initial terms. The 45-year-old has lodged an appeal for both verdicts.
Last year, Repka was given a six-month jail term last year for revenge porn, after offering his ex-wife for sexual services.
The full-back posted three pictures of his ex-wife on the internet, advertising her for escort services. The sentence was later reduced to a community order on appeal.
