Replacement for Hammers target already identified

Fiorentina have reportedly identified their replacement for Nikola Milenkovic already!

The Hammers are interested in bringing the centre-back into the club this summer.

We know how keen David Moyes is to bolster his backline and has identified Milenkovic as a big target after Kurt Zouma proved too rich for claret and blue blood.

He is also wanted by Juventus, though, and they could well swoop.

The central defender has entered the final 12 months of his contract and a new report in Italy from La Nazione claims that Fiorentina already have his replacement lined up.

They are keen on signing Schalke defender Matija Nastasic, who is currently playing for Schalke 04 in Germany.

Fiorentina are almost certain to sell the defender this summer and, as such, are trying to get their ducks in a row.

Nastasic is only said to be one step away from joining the Serie A giants, meaning Milenkovic is almost certain to leave in the next few weeks.
