Report: Another Hammers bid considered

David Moyes is pushing West Ham to make another bid for Hans Vanaken at Club Brugge, according to a new report in Belgium.

The Hammers are currently working on tying up a deal to sign Lucas Paqueta from Lyon and there is a confidence the deal will get done.

The club have tabled two bids for Vanaken so far, both of which have been rejected, and Moyes is now reported to be urging West Ham to lodge another offer.

Voetbal Belgie reports that the Hammers boss is still keen on signing the attacking midfielder but Brugge want around €20m if they are to allow him to leave.

That would equate to £16.9m, and Vanaken is said to be desperate to make the move to the London Stadium.

However, it is also said that Brugge are willing to offer the 30-year-old a new contract if he fails to complete a move to the Irons in this transfer window.
