Report: Big update on striker chase

|

Andrea Belotti appears poised to leave Torino in the summer, when his contract expires, and it appears that he really could end up with the Hammers.

The Irons are, of course, on the lookout for a new striker to provide support and backup to Mikey Antonio up top.

Antonio remains the only senior centre-forward at the club and is being flogged to death, as he has not scored a goal in the Premier League since New Year’s Day.

Now a new report from Torino Granata claims that Belotti is set to be on the move when the transfer window reopens and a move to England is said to be a real possibility.

Newcastle are also interested, alongside the Irons, and he is said to like the idea of playing on these shores.

Fiorentina, Roma, Atalanta and Inter Milan are also eyeing a potential deal, with Belotti having scored 110 goals in 247 games for Torino throughout his career.

Definitely take Belotti very rounded striker not playing for great team, not most clinicial but very good hold link up work rate. But unless things have changed he use to want to stay in Italy. Can definitely see Juve on this they love a Bosman & collecting players..
