Report: Finnish starlet loan link

Italian website Tuttomercatoweb are reporting this morning  that Borussia Dortmund may fancy sending their highly rated young Finnish striker Tim Vayrynen out on loan to the Hammers in January.

The youngster – who was reportedly linked with us before he joined Dortmund – has two international caps but has only featured in the German club’s youth team so far.

The website suggests that Dortmund consider  West Ham “an idea” for a loan.

Vayrynen is a natural goalscorer, with a record of 40 goals in 97 games for Finnish side FC Honka.

There is nothing to suggest the Hammers have made a move, and it may be the other way round, with Dortmund to consider reaching out to the club.
