Report: Hammer close to being on his way

Italian club Torino are tonight (Sun) being strongly tipped to take Nikola Vlasic on loan although there is no confirmation from the Hammers at this stage.

We are of course chasing up a response and will bring it to you if and when we receive one but it certainly seem that the attacking midfielder is on his way after arriving at the London Stadium for no less than £27 million.

It’s probably unfair to call him a flop as I did previously because the reality is of course he has had little or no chance to show us what he has.

It seems however, that Torino boss Ivan Juric has made a “special request” to sign the player according to a report from Tutto Mercato Web.

The Italian media outlet reported on their website on 19 June that the club is close to reaching an agreement to sign him on loan.

The 24-year-old is a versatile playmaker who can play across all three positions upfront, while he is also capable of playing as a striker.
