Report: Hammers linked to Chelsea ace

Chelsea striker Alvaro Morata is being linked with a move to the Irons in the January transfer window.

The former Juventus and Real Madrid front man has hardly set himself or the Blues alight since his £58 million deal last summer and was linked with a move back to  AC Milan.

That failed to materialise at a time when the south west London outfit were believed to be looking at a loan move for Andy Carroll.

Now the 25-year-old could be given a chance to kick start his career at the London Stadium.

TransferMarketWeb, report a temporary loan switch could well happen in the new year although there is other interest in him.

Atletico Madrid, Borussia Dortmund and the Milan are all said to be interested in a temporary switch.

Morato found the net in 11 Premier League goals last season but picked up seven yellow cards and fell out of the fans.
