Report: Hammers scout for Zabaleta replacement

West Ham have been scouting Algerian right-back Youcef Attal at OGC Nice & they view him as a long-term potential replacement for Pablo Zabaleta claims DZ football who covers Algerian football.

The 22-year-old defender only joined French Ligue 1 side Nice from Belgian First Division A outfit Kortrijk in the summer for a transfer fee believed to be around £2.7m. The defender made 10 appearances and scored one goal across all competitions in his short spell with the Guys last season.

Attal has three caps for Algeria since making his debut against Guinea in the 2019 Africa Cup of Nations qualifiers. He has made 11 appearances in Ligue since joining scoring one goal receiving good reports and admirers since his debut in the French league.

  1. What was the instruction? He has to play next to Balbuena. See if you can find someone that looks like Balbuenas brother.
