Report: Irons track Anderlecht striker

West Ham are this morning claimed to be set for a £7million swoop on Anderlecht’s Polish striker Lukasz Teodorczyk

The 26-year-old was linked with an Anfield move in the summer after scoring 27 goals in Belgium.

And after the deal failed to materialise the Hammers have been tracking him and are reported to have sent scouts  to the Champions League clash against Celtic.

We reported last night that the Irons are watching several strikers ahead of a possible move  by Diafra Sakho in the winter window.

The Mirror reports that Anderlecht’s resolve to keep the player has been reduced by a poor Champions League campaign and a slow start to the season.

And reports in Belgium appear to claim that the club will listen to offers but suggest that Italian club Torino is also  interested.

  1. Not convinced about this one. Had a decent early season last year then disappeared. Hasn’t done much since then, and I don’t see him as a reinforcement. Not the killer or quick player we would need.
