According to one report at least the Government will today give the thumbs up to the Premier League’s plans to get the game underway again

 The Telegraph. claims prime minister Boris Johnson will reveal that professional sport can return next month as lockdown restrictions are eased.

They require 14 clubs to back their plans in order to resume the season, but the vote will not be held on Monday as officials continue to organise football’s return.
