Report: Pellegrini given two games

Manuel Pellegrini has two games to save his job as West Ham manager claim the Daily Mail.

The report suggests that the 66-year-old manager needs something from Chelsea on Saturday and Wolves next Wednesday to retain his position.
The Mail suggests the compensation package will be the region of £6.5million for Pellegrini and his backroom staff, way below previously mentioned figures.

The Chilean manager has not won in eight and have dropped from fifth all the way down to 17th possibly dropping into the bottom three in the next seven days.

Spurs and Arsenal have already sacked their manager after a bad run of results and Everton appear to be on the verge of joining them in disposing of their manager.

The West Ham board are coming under increased pressure from supporters to act and dispense with their manager before it is too late and the Hammers end up in a relegation dog fight at the bottom of the Premier League table. Officially the board continue to insist they are in full support of their manager while concerned about the disappointing results.

  1. There lies the root of our problem – The Board.
Can’t see it changing while these clowns run our club.

  2. Divided We Stand – United We Fall……

  3. Well, that’s Pellegrini gone, then – because I cannot see us getting anything out of the next two games. But, we are West Ham, so who knows ? I shall be watching the match today live in Gran Canaria & I will be keeping my fingers crossed for an inspiring victory – but I won’t be holding my breath. Nothing will be allowed to spoil my holiday.

  4. Pellergrini will be gone by Wednesday night game against wolves

  5. Sorry for an ignorant question – is the board just Sully, Gold and Karen Brady – or are there additional members?

  6. Chelsea will bash us up today ; no reason to think otherwise . But whatever the result it must surely be Adios Pelligrini . There is a section of fans hoping we get well beaten just to rid us of Pelligrini . Who can in Reality blame them !? . Maybe I feel the same ,, no , I DO feel the same .
