Report: PL rivals target Ayew

andrew-ayew-west-ham_3766955West Brom boss Tony Pulis is showing a keen interest in Andre Ayew according to well informed Black country newspaper the Express and Star.

Indeed the ‘ paper says that the Baggies boss is now ready to make a bid for the club’s current record signing who cost the Irons £20 million last summer from Swansea.

Ayew struggled on his arrival but picked up a thigh injury against strongly and after a lay off returned to finish the season in decent form finishing the season with six goals

West Brom would have to ensure the Hammers got their money back at the very least although Slaven Bilic would be looking for  profit from a player of whom he is expecting big things this season after his settling in period.

  1. Well if Arnautovic is gonna cost £20m (not worth it IMO) then Ayew must command £25-30m.

  2. Keep him. Andre was unlucky to be injured in the first match of last season which kept him out for months.

  3. I expect this too be more press mumbo jumbo.
I would pay £20 million for Arnautovic with out blinking.

  4. Can’t be less than £30m, he’s so versatile. I hope we’re not selling him though.

  5. Yeah dont go selling Andre,he is going to have a good season this year i reckon.Seems to have a knack of being in the right place at the right time apart from against Liverpool 😁
Probably total shyte this article in the press.

    • He was at the right place mate but just couldn’t finish. I couldn’t believe he miaaes that tap In. He does best behind the striker as #10 or beside a striker in front 2. I don’t think the wing is his beat position. Pulis wants him for pace with up front

  6. Cant let him go he was unfortunate at the start of the season. I agree that he will have a much better season this year. I also really hope we hang on to Feghouli. He started to find his feet at the end and I think he too will be great for us next season.

  7. If they sell him for more than £15m I’d be gobsmacked – they always sell for half of what they’re actually worth

  8. What a lovely thought.

  9. Need replacements first. He is best behind the striker or in a front 2. But can’t sell anymore until we have replacements. But if they offered £30m that would be hard to turn down but def shouldn’t take a loss.

  10. Chadli is said to be out their plana too so might try and swap some. Would you take Chadli and £10m (Chadli cost them £22m I believe good left foot)

    • Chadli’s form started to go as his waistline and expanded last season even I might have struggled to fill those shorts at the end of the season, he is the new razor ruddock.
