The squad currently stands at 23 if you include Potts and Irvine who were on loan last season. You’re allowed 25.
If we’re bringing in a centre back, a full back and a forward that would take us to 26 so someone would need to go somewhere for that reason alone.
It is not easy to balance a squad up especially given that in order to have a squad of 25 you need to have eight home growns. If you only have seven home growns then your squad can only be 24. There’s more involved than just money.
