AllardyceUnconfirmed reports that Sam Allardyce has survived today’s West Ham United board meeting remain confused.

Sources within the club have made it clear to Claretandhugh that early reports may have “jumped the gun” and confirmed that the meeting over his future at David Sullivan’s Essex mansion is continuing.

National journalist Darren Lewis tweeted that the 59 year old Upton Park boss would not be dismissed TODAY – an added word to which club officials quickly drew attention!

And sources at the club immediately pointed that out claiming: “When there is something official to say we will say it.”
