Rice should not be sold at any price

The majority of Claret and Hugh readers say that Declan Rice should not be sold at any price after Pellegrini refused to rule out a summer exit for 20-year-old.
With 1,662 voting  432 readers which equates to nearly 26% said he should not be sold at any price by the club.
17% said they would sell at £80m with a further  17% saying the price should be set higher at £100m
16% set the sale price for Rice at £70m while 11% said £60m would be acceptable with 4% looking for £90m
Just over 7% would accept £50m or less for the talented England midfielder.Pellegrini told reporters when asked about Rice exit rumours It’s impossible, I cannot know the future, he is, of course, a player who has had a brilliant season, who is 20 years old and an English player who has a lot of qualities.

“Maybe some of the big teams, or all of them, will want him. But that is one thing – the other is whether he will stay here or he goes, and I cannot say at this moment.”

Back in March Pellegrini said “You never want to sell your good players but you understand that in some clubs, always there will be a deal, If the players want to go, if the deal is very good for the player, if the deal is very good for this club and he can continue growing, it’s very difficult for you to keep the player.
