Spurs boss Daniel Levy has made up his mind that he wants Danny Rose gone from Tottenham and he could let him move to West Ham!
Rose has been linked with us on various occasions of late but having blotted his copybook a number of timesatWhite Hart Lane, a Hammers move could be bad news for us.
It has to be questionable whether he would be the right fit for a Hammers side that has been plagued by uncertainty throughout this transfer window.
He has previously spoken out about knowing his own worth, which many saw as a flirtation with the Manchester clubs, and he was also filmed having a row with Jose Mourinho in the new Amazon documentary on the club.
Rose has not been awarded a squad number this season and there is a feeling at Spurs that they would happily let him go provided a decent bid is received.
He went on loan to Newcastle for the second half of last season and the club are actively trying to find a willing suitor.
Rose has been linked with West Ham in the past and would plug a gap at full-back but given his record one is forced to wonder about any dressing room effects.
We know, of course, that David Moyes is willing to sanction loan deals to strengthen an unbalanced squad so if a loan deal could be sorted, Rose would bring experience.
The two clubs have rarely done business over the years but this could be a deal that works for everyone or a big gamble.
