Roy Hodgson’s record against West Ham!

Roy Hodgson will be in charge for Watford when they take on West Ham tonorrow night..

The veteran boss has been appointed after Claudio Ranieri’s sacking and took charge of his first game at the weekend, a 0-0 draw with Burnley.

But he has been up against the Hammers various times throughout hisĀ  career.

Have a look at his record below…

Way back in 1997, Hodgson’s Blackburn took on the Hammers three times in the same season, once in the league and twice in the FA Cup. Blackburn won the league game 3-0, the first cup game ended 2-2 and the replay in a 5-4 win for the Hammers.

In 1998, there were two games between the two clubs, West Ham winning one and Blackburn winning one.

Hodgson was in charge for six games as Fulham boss against the Hammers.

He only won once, a 3-2 victory in 2010. The other five games ended in four defeats and a draw for Hodgson.

Hodgson had a very short reign at Liverpool; he played the Hammers once and won 3-0 at Anfield.

West Brom

Again, just the one game, a 3-3 draw in 2011.

Crystal Palace

Eight games in charge this time; Palace won two of them. There were two defeats for the Eagles and four draws.

In total, Hodgson has managed 21 games against the Hammers and won six; there have been seven draws and he has lost eight games.
