Former Hammer Diafra Sakho has scored on his debut for Stade Rennes putting one past French champions PSG less than 24 hours after transferring from West Ham for £3.7m with a further £2.4m of add-ons.
The player who claimed to be injured until recently seemed to have no problems passing a medical and getting straight into the Rennes team. Although he was named on the bench he came on as a second-half substitute and played for the full 45 minutes remaining heading a goal in the 85th minute.

If I bunked off work claiming to be ill only for it to emerge there had been nothing wrong with me, no sick note, nothing, I would expect to lose my job and be asked to reply ill-gotten wages. It’s disgusting that Sakho can just walk away from this. His behaviour has been disgusting: he sorts himself out a medical in the Summer, effectively refuses to play while we have an injury list longer than most A &E departments and he still gets to walk away with our money in his bin. So wrong.

Moyes even said after sale he was made aware Sakho was going in January when he came in. Spot on Laz they knee he eqs going didn’t want to pay extra to start & had mind already made up even tho was good CF.
