Sam Allardyce has warned that Teddy Sheringham does not have a magic wand that will cure all our striking problems.
The frustrated Hammers boss saw the team fail to hit the net again against Spurs despite Sheringham’s arrival.
And afterwards he said:” Teddy takes them for training but it’s not going to be a magic potion overnight or waving a magic wand.
“It is about telling them about the areas of calm that you might need and the positions you can get into to improve.”
No Fatso it’s about picking the right players! For all we know Sheringham could be the best ‘Strikers’ coach in the world, but all the time you refuse to change your tactics or team selection he might as well be teaching them to play Tiddlywinks.
He works with at least 4 strikers in training and then come match day how can you expect ONE striker to wave a magic wound?! BFS you are king of talking to the media and coming across like your way is right and everyone one else is stupid!
