According to Italian website Tutto Mercato Sampdoria president Massimo Ferrero is heading to England tomorrow in an attempt to conclude transfer business for the Italian side.
It is claimed that the Sampdoria chief will arrive in London on Saturday and on his agenda is the sale of Sampdoria forward Eder along with midfielder Pedro Obiang.
Eder is said to be targeted by West Ham, Stoke City and Crystal Palace while Obiang is said to be bound for West Ham despite late interest from Spurs.
Sampdoria have been ready to cash in on Obiang and Eder, but their coach Sinisa Mihajlovic was keen to keep them. The coach’s departure last week has removed the final obstacle for their sale. Mihajlovic ended a two-year spell in charge at Sampdoria after their 2-2 draw with relegated Parma in the final match of the season last Sunday.
