Saudi Pro League club Al-Ittihad have joined the race for West Ham United winger Mohammed Kudus.

The Ghanaian has been the focus of recent speculation linking him with a transfer to Arsenal for £85m. The Gunners have been joined as potential front-runners by Liverpool, who are likely to need to replace Mo Salah at the end of the current campaign and view the West Ham wide-man as the perfect replacement.

Now Saudi Arabia’s richest club has entered the fray. If any club can outmuscle the Premier League giants, it’s Al-Ittihad, known for their financial power. It has been suggested that the Jeddah based club could look to blow other clubs out of the water with a mega transfer fee in January before the Hammers release clause is active

Al-Ittihad already boasts stars like N’Golo Kante, Fabinho, Karim Benzema, Moussa Diaby, and former Hammers target Steven Bergwijn. They pay wages that could turn anyone’s head, and while some Pro League clubs have curbed their spending recently, Al-Ittihad are not among them.

Whether Kudus would be interested in turning down the chance to join Champions League clubs remains uncertain, but his West Ham release clause means any club willing to pay £85m next summer will secure his signature

Id rather see kudus go to Saudi . Than the north London bores . It doesn’t excuse the cowardly dwarfs inability to hold up his hands and admit his mistake in appointing lopetegui. As I’ve always said EGO 1st. West ham United and the supporters wishes a very very distant second.

If they offer 120 million for Kudus then they can have Fulkrug for free .

Maybe Saudi Pro League moneybags club Al-Ittihad can make an offer for Lucas Paqueta as well.

That would certainly be of advantage to us, Kudus not being in the Premiership, perhaps the Saudis would even pay more than the £85mil being put forward by Arsenal, Liverpool et al.
The ‘big six’ always seem to get whatever they want although they were shot down when proposing a European Super League recently.
However, it would certainly help us to retain Kudus for the rest of this season. Events so far have been poor and the removal of the current manager seems a certainty, problem is, who to replace him with.

There are some right dodgy names being proposed, hopefully we can find one who knows how to play ‘The West HamWay’ which has certainly not been there since our removal from Upton Park.
    We can only hope !!!
