Sensational Soucek already an Irons legend!

It’s been many years since we have had a couple of legends on the pitch but that is what Declan and Tomas have become over the last couple of the seasons.

And last night whilst Vlad Coufal sat on the bench for the Czech Republic, remaining injury free during the game against Estonia, the fabulous Hammers midfielder was on it and scoring a brilliant hat-trick.

This man doesn’t have a clue how to play a bad game and those three strikes in the 6-1 win over  Estonia took his tally to the season to 13 which is nothing less than extraordinary in terms of a defensive midfielder.

It would be a very decent collection for an attacking midfield operator – the bloke may go down as the best signing we have made over the last 20 years.

He and Declan are the very heartbeat of this Hammers team and let’s hope and pray that the Irons and Slavia Prague soon complete some sort of deal which gives us first shot at their players.

Well done Tomas and COYI
