Seven former Hammers score ten goals

DowningStewart Downing scored in the 70th minute this afternoon to help his boy-hood club Middlesborough win 2-0 over MK dons this afternoon which moves them up to third place in the Championship.

Matty Jarvis also scored on his Norwich debut on loan from West Ham in the 67th minute to help Norwich beat Bournemouth 3-1 in the Premier League which allowed the Canaries to leap frog the Hammers into eighth place in the table.

George Moncur scored for Colchester United after coming as a second half substitute to help his side to a 3-3 draw with Chesterfield. Colchester sit in the relegation zone of league One in 22nd place after six games.
maigaMatty Taylor scored for Burnley helping them to 3-1 win over Sheffield Wednesday. Burnley jump up to 5th place in the Championship play off zone.

Freddie Sears scored the only goal for Ipswich Town as they suffered a 5-1 loss against Reading in the Championship which drops them down to 8th place.

Former Hammer Henri Lansbury converted a penalty on the 75th minute for Nottingham Forest cancelling out a goal by Charlie Austin for QPR. Forest finished the away game 2-1 winners to show they can still win after playmaker Antonio’s departure to West Ham. Forest sit in 12th place in the Championship.

Finally, Maiga is back to his scoring ways after a hat trick for new club Saudi Arabian club Al-Nassr.
