West Ham Vice Chairman Karren Brady has no current plans to leave West Ham next year despite rumours she may leave in January.
The 56-year-old Baroness, who joined the Hammers fifteen years ago when David Sullivan and David Gold purchased 50% of West Ham.
Brady is estimated to have received over £16.5 million in wages and bonuses by the end of this season.
The West Ham 2011 financial accounts show the club paid the Hammers Vice Chairman £256,000 for the first time. That increased to £427,000 in 2012 and then hiked to a massive £1.634m in 2013, of which £1m was a bonus paid over 5 years for winning the bid to move to the London Stadium.
In 2014 her basic rose by just £2,000 to £636,000, rising by a further £10,000 to £646,000 in 2015.
2016 saw another big rise to £907,000 before a slight decrease in 2017 to £868,000.
2018 was another bumper year with a base salary of £898,00 plus a consultant fee of £438,000 paid to a company controlled by Brady for introducing Tripp Smith as an investor making her annual total £1.336m.
In 2019, her pay rose from £898,000 to £1.136m, a rise of 27% for that season.
In 2020, her pay was reduced to £1,027m during the pandemic before increasing again to £1.331m in 2021; last season, we saw her pay rise to £2.24m, including a £1m bonus.
The 2022/2023 season saw her salary fall to £1.357m before rising again by £80,000 to £1.437m last season 2023/24.
Up to the end of 2023/24, Brady’s total pay has reached nearly £15m (£15,226,000), with another £1.5m estimated this season to bringing the estimated total cost to £16.5m over fifteen and a half years at West Ham.

How much more money do these leeches want to make from the club? Aren’t they wealthy enough already?
Without being morbid, do they not realise that wealth doesn’t matter and they’re going to die and no-one will really care about their supposed “legacy” if you can even call it that?

I doubt many believed she was Sean, we now have an unholy trinity of cockroaches in the board. You can metaphorically stamp on them as often as you want but they can withstand everything including a nuclear attack and will bounce back.
Kretinsky seems equally useless also as a director the only good one we had, sadly passed and with him the soul of the club departed.
I wonder what we did to get such a hapless and clueless bunch.
